It is a bolt-on product. No drilling or modifications to your motorcycle is required.
The top rack is designed to carry a stationary weight up to 90kilos and ~35 kgs while riding it on a bumpy roads. However, it is advised to carry less than 15 kilos as too much weight at the rear can affect riders' manoeuvrability.
Another safe tip is to use the OEM bolts to bolt the brackets. This helps to snap the bolts first- if you think it can damage the subframe due to extreme weight if carried.
