The product can be returned within 5 days after the delivery of the product and the amount will be refunded after the item/s are received by us.
Returns are acceptable only if - (1) Customer receives damaged product delivered by us. (2) If the product is defective. (3) Or, if there are any fitting issues.
In such cases, we advice our customers to provide a photo proof of the damaged item (when delivered) or photo/video proof of the fitting issues they are facing.
Return, refund or exchange is not applicable if the product is damaged beyond repair.
No return or refund option for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Please keep the item in its original package and invoice while returning. No invoice, no refund.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
If the product is damaged in transit / shipping, our customers are advised to provide a photo proof (via email provided in our website) on the date of delivery for further action on return or exchange if necessary. Photo proof provided post the delivery date will not be considered.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE PRODUCTS?
If you receive an incorrect / damaged product, you can mail us at email@example.com with subject containing "Request for refund" plus your Order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please don't forget to mention your contact details as well.
You can also send it back to us by a cost-effective courier services or registered post.
